How much do leads cost?+

Lead pricing depends on the service type. Heat pump leads are our most valuable category. We’ll share full pricing when we contact you — there are no hidden fees and no monthly commitments to get started.

What qualifications do I need?+

For heat pump and solar work, MCS certification is required. For insulation, we accept TrustMark-registered contractors. For EPC assessments, you need to be an accredited Domestic Energy Assessor. We verify all credentials before activating your account.

How are leads delivered?+

Leads are sent via email notification with the landlord’s contact details, property postcode, EPC rating, and specific improvement needs. We’re also building a portal where you can manage leads, track conversions, and set your preferences.

Can I set a monthly budget?+

Yes. You buy lead credits in advance and we only send leads while you have credits available. Pause any time, top up when you’re ready. No auto-renewal unless you opt in.
